Live chat support on the website is typically provided by a third-party solution such as Tidio, Tawk.to LiveChat, LiveAgent, Freshdesk, etc., and integrated to Emporix.
Note that Emporix also offers the out-of-the-box ‘Assisted Buying Module’ that provides employees with a convenient way to support their customers in real-time by seeing what the customer sees on the front end for typical support, such as product order issues and any questions. This capability is achieved by the secure feature to act on the customer’s behalf. This feature can also be used in a B2B context to order on behalf of customers, for example, if the order is coming over the phone.
