Emporix offers the out-of-the-box ‘Assisted Buying Module’ that provides employees with a convenient way to support their customers in real-time by seeing what the customer sees on the front end for typical support issues, such as product order inquiries or guiding them through the selling process. This capability is secured to act on the customer’s behalf and is also applicable in a B2B context, for example, when orders are placed over the phone.
