Emporix provides comprehensive quote management tools, enabling B2B customers to request quotes and initiate a negotiation flow back and forth between the buyer and the seller with comments. The quote can be used as a self-service from the buyer’s perspective, or it can be used by the sales account manager to create a quote on behalf of the buyer. A full quote audit trail is also available to trace any quote modifications for compliance.
The quotes feature includes the following functionalities:
