Emporix does not allow external modifications of its standard API: Emporix API.
This is because Emporix guarantees the availability of all its services and compatibility into the future.
One major advantage of not being able to modify the core APIs is that you don’t need to migrate the eCommerce platform anymore.
Emporix releases new features almost daily, which have no impact on the customer’s system/infrastructure due to backward compatibility.
