Questions regarding IAM and SSO

Describe your Identity and Access Management (IAM) support?
Do you support integration with existing identity repositories (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory)?

Hi,

Emporix employs robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on Ory to manage user access levels across specific services securely. This approach guarantees the protection of sensitive data from unauthorized modification or viewing.

Advanced fine-grained Roles and Permissions are set at the API level, empowering administrators to view, create, and update roles and their specific access rights for your tenant’s users. Typical roles are already defined by default, including Contributor, Manager, Administrator, Editor, Viewer, and Developer, each with preset permissions and access rights. Access rights also apply to the Emporix Management Dashboard roles and permissions; users can only see or update what they are allowed to.

Emporix fully supports SSO for authentication and authorization, and the functionality has been implemented flexibly so that you can integrate with an identity provider of your choice. The identity provider must be compatible with OpenID Connect (OIDC). For example, you can integrate with Azure AD, Google, Apache Directory Server, or another.
