Question regarding multiple sites

Hello, does Emporix support multiple countries?
Also, do you support multi-tenants / multi-sites / multi-channels?

The Emporix platform is both multi-tenant and multi-site in the way it is architected:

  • Tenants have a strict logical separation but share the same cloud and microservice environment.
  • Sites share a common product catalog and customer database.

This model gives our customers the flexibility to support different countries, regions, channels, brands, and sites, which can themselves have different settings for items such as tax, currency, catalogs, products, prices, and more for regulatory requirements or even just for different user experiences across the different sites.

The Emporix site-aware resources are:

  • Carts
  • Currencies
  • Delivery (Fees, Methods & Zones)
  • Languages
  • Orders
  • Payment Methods
  • Picklists / Packlists
  • Pickup points
  • Products (Availability, Store Locations, Promotions, Prices, Stock & Tax Rates)
  • Price Lists
  • Shipping (Countries)
  • Suppliers

Depending on your requirements, you can decide to have an architecture with full isolation with Emporix’s different tenants, for example, a tenant for the USA and another tenant for the rest of the world, to ensure no visibility of any data.
For more multiple channel needs, such as multiple brands, but with the requirement to share orders, coupons, catalogs, products, and other information, the Emporix Site can be a good answer.
