A year ago, we announced our new Documentation Portal, followed by a closer look at its AI capabilities. Since then, we’ve continued expanding and refining the experience. If you haven’t explored the portal recently, here are a few features worth checking out.
Connect the Documentation Portal to Your AI Workflow
Whether you’re using AI to write code, troubleshoot integrations, or explore APIs, the Documentation Portal makes it easy to bring Emporix documentation into your workflow.
Use the Ask menu to:
- Connect through MCP to compatible AI assistants, enabling them to access the latest Emporix documentation directly.
- Open the current page in ChatGPT or Claude for additional exploration and follow-up questions.
- Copy a page as Markdown for use in prompts, notes, or your own documentation.
Talk to the Documentation AI
If you need a quick answer without leaving the Documentation Portal, use the built-in assistant to ask questions in natural language, summarize content, or quickly find the information you’re looking for. The assistant searches across the documentation, helping you navigate the portal more efficiently.

Your feedback helps us make the Documentation Portal better (and we really mean that 
). Every page includes a feedback option where you can quickly let us know whether the content was helpful or suggest improvements. Use it every time you find something unclear, spotted an error, or think additional information would be useful.

The top navigation provides quick access not only to documentation but also to the resources that support your day-to-day work. From anywhere in the portal, you can Sign Up to Product Features and Changelog updates, contact Support, access the Emporix YouTube channel, or start an Emporix trial.
