Is it possible to keep seperate versions of a digital process? How does the versioning work for OE?

It’s not possible to have separate versions of a digital process and work on them at the same time. The versioning in OE is based on roll-forward approach, every change in the process creates a new version of it. Please see the details in the docs Versioning.
