Depending on your platform or tools, you can obtain access to metrics and KPIs in several ways. With Emporix, metrics, KPIs, and reports can be directly accessed via the Emporix Management Dashboard. The standard proposal includes reports and KPIs for Gross Revenue, Total Order Count, Orders per Hour, Revenue Growth, etc. For more information please visit:

Since all Emporix APIs provide data in JSON format, it’s easy to extend the KPIs and reports using the front-end framework that Emporix uses: React Chart Component

With our partner Celonis, we also offer advanced KPIs and analytics dashboards that gather high-level business information using KPIs from Celonis and the business outcomes of running digital processes.
