We have released the features that can transform how your business operate. With the Emporix Agentic AI, you can easily reduce time-consuming, manual tasks by handing them over to virtual intelligent agents, which can jump into your workflows when needed.
We provide you with the library of a few pre-built AI Agents, which require only a few steps configuration. These agents can help you out with some common commerce use cases, like handling customer complaints, customer credibility checks, product data translations, or facilitation of merchants collaboration. They can work efficiently as assistants to your team and can act on their own to the extent you allow for them. However, you stay in control over their actions - the agents call in for human-in-the-loop where and when necessary.
What’s more, you are also equipped with the tools to bring to live your own custom AI agents that can respond to your needs and solve other commerce use cases. By giving the agents access to relevant tools and scopes, you can program their actions and behavior according to your preference.
