Hi Angelika,

Emporix has a capability that allows consumers to earn, store, and spend loyalty points, but it can also integrate with some external systems where the points balance is managed and maintained.

Loyalty/reward points high-level features:

- Grant points to customers after they complete an order or reward chosen customers irrespective of the orders made.
- Define the exchange rate between points and currency when collecting points.
- Points account balance per customer.
- Redeem points in exchange for coupon codes.

If you need more detailed information on Emporix’s Loyalty/Reward Points feature, see: [Reward Points Service](https://developer.emporix.io/docs/openapi/reward-points/)

Additionally, as an API-first platform, Emporix seamlessly integrates with various third-party services for advanced loyalty services, for example with [Voucherify](https://www.voucherify.io/integrations/emporix).
