Good news for teams looking to make AI part of their everyday collaboration!

With the new **MS Teams AI Tool** , Microsoft Teams is now available as a native communication tool for Emporix Agentic AI. This allows enterprise customers to configure Teams as part of their agentic AI setup and enable AI agents to communicate with users directly through a familiar collaboration environment.

Think of a sales or customer service team working in Teams and interacting with an AI agent directly from there — for example, asking for information, getting support with a task, or triggering an AI-powered workflow without having to leave the conversation or switch to another application.

The Emporix predefined AI agents offer you to choose the communication tool freely.

It’s another step towards making AI agents more accessible and practical, while giving businesses greater flexibility in how they integrate agentic AI into their workflows.
