Hi,

Emporix provides comprehensive quote management tools, enabling B2B customers to request quotes and initiate a negotiation flow back and forth between the buyer and the seller with comments. The quote can be used as a self-service from the buyer’s perspective, or it can be used by the sales account manager to create a quote on behalf of the buyer. A full quote audit trail is also available to trace any quote modifications for compliance.

The quotes feature includes the following functionalities:

1. **Quotes Overview:** Displays all quotes with details like status, creation date, and expiration date.
2. **Quote Management:** Allows creating, editing, and deleting quotes.
3. **Quote Details:** Provides comprehensive information on individual quotes, including customer details, product lists, prices, and terms.
4. **Status Tracking:** Monitors the status of quotes (e.g., pending, accepted, declined).
5. **Communication:** Facilitates direct communication with customers regarding quotes.
